The AFA Pledge is not legally binding, we understand that, but it is a MASSIVE Indicator of a Candidate's Position, which should be all you need to know come election time. JOIN THE FIGHT!
America First should be every representative's #1 priority on their agenda. America and American Citizens should be put first in front of the globalist, bureaucratic money laundering scheme America Last politicians have created over the last 50 years. We have been re-awakened to the idea recently. Most "Lifer" politicians have been exposed recently, showing us they don't have the spine to stand firm for America First Policies. The majority of America's Lifer Elected Officials implement policies that use our HARD EARNED TAX MONEY to benefit their big donors and benefit their very own pocketbooks. Even if it means sending American Jobs overseas. This is wrong. American manufacturers, farmers, small businesses and corporations should benefit over foreign competitors at every level. If that foreign company doesn't like it, then open up in America under our rules and regulations. This isn't a controversial idea. This isn't a racist idea. This is an America First idea and anyone who is blessed to live in this country should hold this idea close to their vest. We Americans have a collective interest in making sure this happens. We want the best opportunity for all Americans, not just some of them. ALL of them.
- We Americans cannot squander this unprecedented opportunity which started out as an experiment of Democracy and Freedom. Americans died for us to have this opportunity. We will not take that for granted. It's time we go on the offensive against this Communist threat and squash it. We owe that to the Americans that have given their lives for us to live freely.
- This is about our future generations. President Ronald Reagan said it best, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free". It is time for us to carry that idea into the next generation. It is now our burden to carry. We will carry it with honor.
-It has become too easy for our Local and State Elected Officials to turn their back on us when we need them the most, with little recourse to their career. This is where the AFA comes into play. We will monitor the actions of our Elected Officials and update our Membership. Any vote by an AFA Committee Candidate that does not align with an America First Agenda, the AFA Board will vote on potential AFA Disqualification. This will give Alabama Constituents vital information going into Primary's or Elections.

CANDIDATES WHO WANT TO BE AN AFA APPROVED CANDIDATE MUST FIRST SIGN THE PLEDGE.
VOTING
AFTER PLEDGE IS RECEIVED AFA BOARD WILL REVIEW PRIOR 2 YEARS OF VOTING RECORD AND DETERMINE IF THEY ARE A QUALAIFED CANDIDATE OR UNQUALIFIED

AFA Pledges are similar to an Oath and a way for Members to be assured that Candidates will always represent and vote for America First policies at any level of government.

AFA will actively pursue new Members in order to grow our Membership. This is vital. AFA can achieve its purpose collectively, through the Membership body itself. The strength in our Membership numbers will put pressure on Elected Officials to represent us properly and will potentially reduce America Last Policies and corruption through our collective vetting process.

Membership: The AFA is a Non-Profit 501(c)(4) Organization. These type of Organizations "must spend all their revenue on work tied to their mission or shoring up their endowments." A substantial part of our revenue will go towards social welfare projects like "Wounded Warriors", "Tunnel to Towers" or any other organization that helps our American Heros per our Membership Approved Charities. Furthermore a 501(c)(4) cannot distribute profits left over after paying their bills to their leaders, their funders or anyone else." Money is NOT the goal of this Association, the main goal is giving the citizens a collective voice to be heard. The Board of Directors will be responsible for the monthly/quarterly budget allocations going forward. We are envisioning needing a small amount of money to cover Group Function costs. We will need venues in the future to hold occasional meetings and/or interviews for potential candidates. This small revenue stream should allow us to build the proper foundation for our purpose. Part of our revenue will go directly to recruiting new members. We will do this as cost efficiently as possible.

Non-Profit 501(c)(4) Organizations do not allow donors to deduct their gifts from their taxable income. BUT, a Non-Profit 501(c)(4) Organization allows the Association to to either support or oppose political candidates, which is the reason for the Organization in the first place, but can be no more than 50% of it's substantial amount of activities, while the remaining 50% will go to Charity. Also, a Non-Profit 501(c)(4) Organization is not required to disclose their donors publicly, as long as the donor gift is not over $200 annually. Well below our financial goal per donation. This is mostly a volunteer effort by concerned Alabamians.

We want to be able to establish a sought after Commitment from Political Candidates WITHOUT having to spend large amounts of money. This is another one of our primary goals. We want our members to have a voice without big monetary donations that other Associations believe is required. Not us. You shouldn’t have to donate large amounts of money to have political influence. The voters should hold all the political influence. This model is possible to achieve.
